The City of Brigantine hereby specifically allows instant raffle games
within said City limits.
Any and all organizations who wish to conduct said instant raffle games
must apply for and receive a license from the City of Brigantine. Said license
shall be in addition to any and all licenses which must be received by said
organizations from the State of New Jersey.
The application to apply for an instant raffle license shall be as prepared
and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
An instant raffle license must be obtained to conduct any instant raffle
game, and said license is required in addition to any and all license received
to conduct raffles and/or bingo.
Any organization receiving an instant raffle license must comply with
all statutes, regulations, rules and ordinances of the State of New Jersey,
County of Atlantic and City of Brigantine, including but not limited to N.J.A.C.
13:47-1.1.
