Dogs and other animals — See Ch. 153.
No person or persons, firm or corporation shall have or keep in his, their or its possession any live chickens, pigeons, turkeys, pheasants, quail or roosters within the City of Brigantine.
No person or persons, firm or corporation shall maintain, construct or use within the City of Brigantine or otherwise have a house, coop, wire cage or other said device for the keeping of said chickens, pigeons, turkeys, pheasants, quail and roosters.
Any person or persons, firm, corporation or other entity violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000, jail time of not more than 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge.
