No clotheslines, wires or other similar devices
used for the hanging of clothes whether the same are attached to poles,
fences or otherwise shall be allowed or maintained in any front yards
in the City of Brigantine and the same are hereby strictly prohibited.
As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Includes all of the area from one side property line to the
other side property line on a line running parallel with the front
wall of the structure and extending to the street on which the property
is situate.
Any person who violates this article may be
subject to a fine of up to $1,000, imprisonment for up to 90 days
and/or community service for up to 90 days in the discretion of the
Municipal Court Judge.
