In the event that a state of emergency should
be declared by the Mayor for snow, natural or man-made disasters or
any reason whatever, certain streets shall be designated as emergency
routes.
All vehicles parked on said emergency routes
one hour after said declaration of emergency shall be removed by the
Mayor and Council or their designated agents.
The costs of towing and storage of said vehicles
shall be borne by the owners of said vehicle and must be paid before
said vehicle may be returned to its lawful owner.
