Every metered water supply service shall have a monthly minimum
charge. Bulk water supply, for commercial entities interested in connecting
to a Town of Middletown fire hydrant, may be offered upon request
and with approval from the Town of Middletown. The bulk rate charged
shall equal two times the sum of the water supply and sewer supply
rates in effect at the time of service. In addition to the supply
charge, a flat fee of $35 will be charged per load. Water supply service
rates, including commercial bulk water rates, are set by resolution
of Town Council.
On all metered water supply service each and
every month shall be a complete period in itself, and no excess consumption
of water during one month shall be charged against the minimum charge
or rate or be added to the consumption of any other month.
