A. 
There shall be within the Town government the following administrative departments:
(1) 
Department of Financial Services.
(2) 
Department of Social Services.

Department of Employee Services. Said department may also identify itself as the Department of Human Resources and be identified herein as such.

Department of Public Works.
(5) 
Department of Public Safety, comprised of a Police Department, a Fire Department and a Director of Civil Defense.
(6) 
Department of Administrative Services.
(7) 
Department of Leisure Services.
(8) 
Department of Community Development.

Department of Facility Services.
B. 
The Town Manager may create functional divisions within a department, subject to approval by the Town Council.
A. 
Two or more of the following departments may be headed by the same person, and the Town Manager may act as the director of any department except the Department of Financial Services in addition to other duties:
