Village of Mamaroneck, NY Article I Widows of Retired Police Department Members

§ 56-1 Increase of monthly supplement.

Monthly supplemental pension payments to widows of deceased retired members of the Police Department who heretofore retired pursuant to the Unconsolidated Laws of the State of New York, § 5711 et seq., as amended, or its predecessor, shall be increased to an amount which, when taken together with all other pension benefits, shall not exceed a total of $9,000 per annum.
