Monthly supplemental pension payments to members of the Police Department
of the Village of Mamaroneck who retired prior to the calendar year 1970 shall
be increased in accordance with the percentages provided in § 78
of the Retirement and Social Security Law of the State of New York. Said supplemental
allowances shall commence on April 1, 1986.
