as Ch. 62, Art. XI, of the 1971 Code]
It shall be unlawful to manufacture or store pyroxylin plastic or to
use it in the manufacture of other articles within the Incorporated Village
of Rockville Centre.
As used herein, shall be held to mean and include any plastic substance,
material or compound, other than nitrocellulose film, having soluble cotton
or similar nitrocellulose as a base, including celluloid, fiberloid, pyralin,
viscoloid, zylonite and similar products, materials and compounds by whatever
name known.
