type of edible substance to any wild animal on property owned, leased,
maintained or managed by the Borough of Columbia. Leaving refuse on
Borough property shall not constitute feeding wild animals. If, however,
the same constitutes littering under the laws of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, anyone so leaving such refuse may be subject to fines
as set forth in the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
- A. That which is not of a species customarily used or kept as an ordinary household pet;

Any person violating any provisions of this article,
in a summary proceeding before any District Justice, upon conviction,

to be imprisoned for not more than 30 days. A separate offense shall
be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs
or continues.
B.
The provisions of this article shall be enforced by
the Police Department of the Borough of Columbia, Pennsylvania.
