A. 
Parking is permitted in the Municipal Complex Parking Lot, located on Hudson Avenue adjacent to the Municipal Offices, only during office hours of the Municipal Offices and during such time as authorized activities are conducted in the Council Chambers, Leyer Hall and the offices of the Washington Township Volunteer Ambulance Corp.
B. 
Except as otherwise provided herein, there shall be no parking permitted in the Municipal Complex Parking Lot.
The Police Department shall have the authority to permit parking in the Municipal Complex Parking Lot at such times as may be otherwise prohibited in the case of an emergency. The determination of the Police Department shall be binding with respect to the existence of such emergency.
