The R-4 Residential District has been designed
to provide an opportunity for a wide variety of residential housing
types. The district is established to accommodate a variety of densities,
according to the availability of off-site facilities.
The following design standards under Article
XV shall apply to all uses under the R-4 Residential District:
A. Required off-street parking regulations, §
200-101.
C. Visibility at intersection standards, §
200-103.
D. Access and traffic control standards, §
200-104.
E. Interior circulation standards, §
200-105.
F. Landscaping standards, §
167-66.1 of the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
