A.
There is hereby created a Police Pension and Retirement
Board for the City of El Reno, with membership, organization, power,
duties and functions by 11 O.S. § 50-101 et seq., and as
may be provided by any later laws relating to such board.
B.
The initial membership of this board shall consist
of the present elected and ex officio members of the board of trustees
of the El Reno Police Pension and Retirement System.
