The position of Planning Board Secretary is
hereby created.
The Planning Board Secretary shall be selected
by the Planning Board of the Board of the Borough of Spring Lake pursuant
to statute.
The Planning Board Secretary shall be responsible
for the services normally provided by secretaries consistent with
the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law and ancillary services
as may be directed by the Borough Administrator or Borough Clerk.
The compensation of the Planning Board Secretary
shall be as established in the current Salary Ordinance.
