Any person or persons who shall loiter or assemble on the streets,
at the corners of the streets, or in the public places of the Borough
of Spring Lake, being under the influence of intoxicating liquor,
or who, not being under such influence, shall indulge in and utter
loud and offensive or indecent language shall be deemed and adjudged
to be in violation of this chapter.
Any person who, being under the influence of intoxicating liquor,
shall loiter in any public or quasi-public place, or in or upon any
private property not his own within this Borough, or who, not being
under the influence of intoxicating liquor, shall there indulge in
and utter loud and offensive or indecent language, shall be adjudged
to be in violation of this chapter.
It shall be unlawful for any person to appear or travel on any
street, avenue or road, beach, waterway, alleyway, driveway or any
area of private property open to public view in the Borough or appear
in any other such place in the Borough in a state of nudity; in an
indecent or lewd dress or garment; or make any indecent exposure of
his or her person; or urinate in any of the above described places
except in public restrooms.
No person shall make, aid or assist in making any disturbance,
riot or breach of the peace in the streets or elsewhere within the
limits of this Borough.
No person shall revel, quarrel, brawl or otherwise misbehave
in a disorderly manner to the disturbance or annoyance of the peaceful
inhabitants of the Borough, or be guilty of any other disorderly conduct
in or on a street or other public place.
No person shall willfully disquiet or disturb any public meeting
or assembly for religious worship, either by making loud noises, or
rude or indecent behavior or profane talking, whether in the meeting
or in the immediate neighborhood of the same.
Any person who shall maliciously destroy, damage, injure, break
or deface property shall be adjudged in violation of this chapter.
Any person who shall enter any school building or go upon the
grounds or lands belonging to any public school used and occupied
for school purposes, and shall break, injure or deface such building
or any part thereof, shall be adjudged to be in violation of this
chapter.
Any person who shall willfully and maliciously ring or cause
to be rung any bell or alarm of any fire company in the Borough of
Spring Lake and thereby give or cause to be given a false alarm of
fire shall be adjudged to be in violation of this chapter.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to change, disrobe,
dress, undress or otherwise remove his or her clothing in any automobile
in any of the public streets or places in the Borough.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to change, disrobe,
dress or undress or otherwise remove his or her clothing in any of
the public streets or places of the Borough of Spring Lake.
No person or persons shall make, aid, countenance or assist
in making any disturbance, riot or breach of peace in the streets
or elsewhere within this Borough.
No person or persons shall injure or destroy or assist in injuring
or destroying any public property belonging to this Borough.
Any person, firm or corporation that shall be convicted of a violation of a provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof by any court authorized by law to hear and determine the matter, be subject to the violations and penalties set forth in Article II, §§
1-3 through
1-8, of the Borough Code.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep in any automobile
or other motor vehicle, or upon any of the public streets, sidewalks,
parks, or any other public place in the Borough.
