A. No
permit for the construction of any on-site sewage facility shall be
issued nor shall any inspection of an on-site sewage facility be made
until such time as the applicant for a permit pays to the Borough
of West Conshohocken the appropriate fee as specified in the schedule
below:

B. In
the event that the on-site sewage facility systems are being installed
on separate parcels previously subdivided, an additional fee of $50
per parcel shall be charged over and above the fees stated above.
C. In
addition to the above initial permit fee for a closed tank system,
the applicant will be required to reimburse the Borough for the cost
of the Sewage Enforcement Officer's review and inspection during
the installation of the system before hookup of the user is permitted.

An additional fee of $25 shall be imposed and collected when
the inspection of more than one seepage pit is required.

At the time of application for any of the systems described in §
93-1, a nonrefundable fee of $50 will be paid by the applicant to the Sewage Enforcement Officer. If a permit is issued, this $50 fee will be applied toward the appropriate fee set forth in the schedule in §
93-1 above. However, if the issuance of a permit is not approved, the $50 application fee will not be refunded to the applicant. In the event that a reapplication is made by an applicant for a different type of on-site sanitary sewer system after a prior disapproval of another system, a new application fee must be paid.

It shall be the responsibility of every property owner whose
property contains an on-site sewage facility to maintain their on-site
sewage facility in a manner which complies with all Pennsylvania Department
of Environmental Protection rules, regulations and standards, all
Borough rules, regulations and standards and all West Conshohocken
Municipal Authority rules, regulations and standards. In the event
either the Borough or the Authority are required to repair, upgrade
or replace any on-site sewage facility due to its noncompliance with
any applicable rule, regulation or standard, the property owner shall
be solely responsible for paying all fees and charges incurred by
the Borough and/or the Authority in repairing, upgrading or replacing
said on-site sewage facility.
