There is hereby adopted by the City of Cohoes
for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing rented dwelling
units, apartments and tenements in the City of Cohoes, a certain code
as hereinafter set forth.
This chapter shall hereinafter be known and
cited as the "Residential Occupancy Permit Code."
