An applicant for licensure by the City of Passaic
must provide as part of his application proof that he possesses a
current valid license issued by the State of New Jersey, and no applicant
who is not licensed by the State of New Jersey shall receive a license
from the City of Passaic.
Should a licensee of the City of Passaic be
relieved of his state license by the State of New Jersey, his City
license shall immediately become forfeit and be of no force and effect
thereafter.
