A. 
No person shall keep, maintain or operate any gaming house, lottery, game of chance or any instrument or device for gaming, or permit in any house, place or room occupied by him any gaming, game of chance or game for money within the limits of said Village.
B. 
Whoever shall violate any provisions of § 244-1A of this article shall, for each offense, forfeit and pay the sum of $50 to and for the use of said Village.

A. 
No person shall sell or offer for sale any prize package of merchandise in any form, the value of which is uncertain and dependent upon any alleged prize of money or other property said to be contained therein or to be given therewith.
B. 
Whoever shall violate any provisions of § 244-2A of this article shall forfeit and pay for each offense the sum of $5 to and for the use of said Village.
A. 
No person shall take part in or join or aid any riotous or tumultuous assemblage or unnecessary crowds upon the streets or in the doorways or stairways adjacent thereto, or loiter about any of such places. No person shall use or engage in any profane or obscene language or conduct in or upon any street or in any place in said Village. No person or persons shall in any manner whatever disturb, molest or annoy or aid in disturbing, molesting or annoying any of the persons composing or belonging to any lawful meeting, congregation or gathering of persons, school, society or association, or while going to or returning from the same. No person or persons shall congregate in or upon any of the sidewalks, streets or public places or corners in said Village or in the vicinity of any church or building in which there is a public gathering or assemblage. A violation of Chapter 228 of this Code shall also be deemed to be disturbing the peace.

B. 
Whoever shall violate any of the provisions of § 244-3A of this article shall, for each offense, forfeit and pay the sum of $10 to and for the use of said Village.
A. 
No person or persons, firm or corporation shall keep open for any purpose any billiard room or poolroom or other place where billiards or pool are played by the public, at any time upon Sunday, or the Sabbath Day, and at no time on any other day of the week except between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. of such day, nor shall any person, firm or corporation allow or permit anyone 16 years of age or under to enter, frequent or participate in any of the acts permitted or not permitted by this article.

Whoever shall violate any of the provisions of § 244-4 of this article shall, for each offense, forfeit and pay the sum of $10 to and for the use of said Village.
