Editor's Note: This local law also repealed
former Ch. 280, Solid Waste, which consisted of a reference to the
Westchester County recycling regulations and Arts. II through V, adopted
6-7-2004 by L.L. No. 5-2004, regarding private refuse collection,
collection of waste and Village-owned litter baskets.
