Private refuse collection vehicles shall operate only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Private refuse collection vehicles shall not operate on Sundays. All garbage and rubbish which is subject to private refuse collection shall comply with the provisions of § 280-11 hereof.
Whoever shall violate any provision of this
article shall pay the sum of $250 for a first offense; the sum of
up to $500 for a second offense within a twelve-month period; and
the sum of up to $1,000 for any additional offense within a twelve-month
period.
