It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to drive or cause to be driven any vehicle, machinery, conveyance or any other vehicle used for the transportation of goods or persons upon any sidewalk, curbstone or flagstone in such a manner as to cause the same to be broken, cracked or damaged in such manner so as to necessitate repairs.
