B.
In construing the said map, the following rules shall apply:
(1)
Where such boundaries are indicated as approximately following the center line of streets, alleys, railroads, waterways or the boundary lines of parks or other publicly owned land, such lines shall be construed to be such boundaries.
(2)
Where such boundaries are indicated as approximately following the lines of lots or other parcels of record and are not more than 10 feet distant therefrom, such lot or parcel lines shall be construed to be such boundaries.
(3)
Where a district boundary divides a parcel of land, the location of such boundary, unless the same is indicated by dimensions shown on the map, shall be determined by the use of the scale appearing thereon.
(4)
In all cases where a district boundary line divides a lot other than a through lot, in one ownership, in such a way that 50% or more of such lot lies in the less restricted district, the regulations prescribed by this chapter for such less restricted district shall apply to such portion of the more restricted portion of said lot which lies within 50 feet of such district boundary.
(5)
The administrative officer shall interpret the Zoning Map, and in case of doubt, the district boundary line shall be determined by the Board of Adjustment.
