In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1 et seq., the map attached hereto as Exhibit A, entitled "Borough of Rocky Hill, Somerset County, New Jersey, Parkland 500' Drug Free Zone" prepared by Van Cleef Engineering Associates, dated October 2, 2000, is hereby adopted and approved as an official finding and record of the location and areas within the municipality of property which is used for a public park. The areas on or within 500 feet of public park shall be a drug-free zone as defined by said statute.
The Drug-Free Zone Map approved and adopted pursuant to § 86-1 of this article shall continue to constitute an official finding and record as to the location and boundaries of the area within 500 feet of property which is used as a public park until such time, if any, as this article shall be amended to reflect any additions or deletions with respect to the location and boundaries of such zone.
