As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSON or OWNER
Any individual person, group of persons, partnership, corporation, firm or association or any other entity.
No person shall park, store or maintain, upon any private lands or premises, any inoperable, unlicensed or uninspected motor vehicle, truck trailer or automotive parts for a period of more than seven days, except in enclosed garages.
No persons shall park, store or maintain, upon any public lands or premises, any inoperable, unlicensed or uninspected motor vehicle, truck trailer or automotive parts except in case of emergency and then for a period of not more than 48 hours.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be liable to a fine of not more than $200 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both, and each day in which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.[1]
