No child under the age of 16 years shall be in or upon any of the streets, parks or public places in the Village of McGraw in the night time, after the hours of 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday nights, unless such child is accompanied by his parents, guardian or other person having legal care or control of such child. No child under the age of 16 years shall be in or upon any of the streets, parks or public places in the Village of McGraw in the night time after the hour of 12:00 midnight on Friday or Saturday night, unless said child is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other person having legal care or control of such child.
Any parent, guardian or other person having the legal care and custody of any child under the age of 16 years shall not allow or permit such child or ward under such age to go to or be in or upon any of the streets, parks or public places in the Village of McGraw after the hours above mentioned on the days above mentioned.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense, and on conviction shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both.
