Pursuant to the authority vested in this Board by Article 25 of the Parks and Recreation Law of the State of New York, snowmobiles may be operated on the following public highways in the Village of McGraw between December 1 and April 1 of each year:
A. 
Unplowed highways. The following highways are hereby designated as customarily unplowed and unused during the winter months for vehicular traffic and snowmobiles may be operated on these roads pursuant to Article 25 Section 25.05(5) of the N.Y.S. Parks and Recreation Law.
B. 
The posted portions of the following highways which are not customarily unplowed or unused during the winter months for vehicular traffic may also be used by snowmobiles subject to the regulations specific in Article 25 Section 25.05(7) of the Parks and Recreation Law of the State of New York as the same presently exists and as the same may be amended in the future.
