Borough of Allendale, NJ Chapter 46 Mutual Aid

§ 46-1 Participation in mutual aid system authorized.

The Borough of Allendale be and is hereby authorized to participate in the intermunicipal mutual fire and emergency aid system[1] in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:14-156.1, and the Borough Council be and is hereby authorized to enter into agreements to implement this authorization with other local municipalities.
