Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except Articles VI and X, shall be served by the Borough with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.

Any person, partnership, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, except Article X, shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in § 1-18 of Chapter 1, General Provisions, and each day that a violation continues or is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
this chapter shall become liable to the Borough for any expense, loss
or damage occasioned the Borough by reason of such violation.
