Construction, alteration and use of sewers or
sewage disposal facilities in the Borough of Allendale are controlled
and regulated collectively by this chapter, by Board of Health Ordinance
No. 101 entitled "An ordinance establishing a code regulating the
installation, maintenance, repair and control of plumbing and the
connection thereof with outside sewers, cesspools or other receptacles,
regulating the practice of plumbing and the issuance of licenses to
practice plumbing and providing penalties for violation thereof,"[1] and by rules and regulations duly adopted by the Northwest
Bergen County Sewer Authority, all as may be amended from time to
time. All ordinances other than the above are hereby repealed where
in conflict therewith.
