§ A276-38 Proposal to amend; appointment of committee.

The Mayor or any member of the Council may propose amendments to these bylaws at any regular meeting or adjourned regular meeting.

The Mayor will then appoint a special committee of three members of the Council to consider the proposed amendments.

§ A276-39 Presentation of committee recommendations.

The special committee will present its recommendations at a regular business meeting of the Council.

§ A276-40 Roll-call vote.

These bylaws shall only be altered or amended by a two-thirds majority on a roll call vote of the full Council, taken at two successive regular meetings of the Council.
