A. 
Public swimming pools and/or whirlpools shall not be operated until the Health Department has given formal approval by issuance of an appropriate license.
B. 
License to operate a swimming pool or whirlpool shall not be issued until a properly executed application containing information as requested on a form supplied by the Health Department has been submitted and approved by the Health Officer.
C. 
The annual license fee for swimming pools and whirlpools is hereby fixed at $50.
D. 
All swimming pool and whirlpool licenses shall expire on the 30th day of April following their issuance.
E. 
The license shall be displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises where it may be readily observed by all patrons.
F. 
Persons denied a license shall be notified in writing. Such notices shall specify the reason for such action and the remedial action necessary to obtain approval for the issuance of a license.
G. 
No person shall operate a pool or whirlpool wherein the license has been denied.
H. 
Persons whose license has been denied shall be afforded a hearing before the Board of Health.
All owners and operators of swimming pools and whirlpools shall submit weekly bacteria analysis reports to the Health Department at the expense of the owner/operator of said pool.
A. 
No pool shall open to the public until written approval and license have been issued by the Health Department.
B. 
Seasonally operated swimming pools shall not open until they have been inspected by the Health Department and issued written approval and a license.
