facing the principal street, immediately adjacent to the front door or, if
no door is present, adjacent to the corner of the house closest to the driveway.
A. House numbers shall be four inches in height and be constructed
of reflective material and/or of contrasting color to the surface upon which-affixed.
B. If the structure is not visible from a public or private
road, the numbers shall be permanently affixed to a post or a panel immediately
adjacent to the entrance driveway of said structure.
C. New structures shall have numbers permanently affixed
upon completion of siding, or prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
D. Existing structures shall have one year to come into
compliance, after the adoption of this chapter.
Enforcement will be the duty of the Town of Brant Code Enforcement Officers.
Any violation of this chapter is hereby deemed and declared an offense,
