Veterans' disability compensation shall be excluded from the calculation
of income for the determination of real property tax exemptions for senior
citizens.

The Town Board of the Town of Brant, pursuant to § 467 of
the Real Property Tax Law, as amended, hereby grants from the Town of Brant
real property taxes 50% of the assessed valuation of said real property owned
by persons 65 years of age or older who qualify therefor under said section,
provided that said persons do not have incomes in excess of $15,000 for the
income tax year immediately preceding the date of application for said exemption.
