The keeping of any undomesticated animal or any dangerous domesticated animals, including but not limited to dogs or cats, is hereby prohibited. For purposes of this section, any animal with a known history of biting or attacking any human being or with any known propensity to bite or attack any human being is a dangerous animal, whether domesticated or not.
A. 
Any person who shall violate § 70-26 of this article[1] shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of $300 and/or to undergo imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this article continues shall constitute a separate offense.

B. 
Any person who shall violate § 70-27 of this article shall, upon conviction thereof for a first offense, be sentenced to pay a fine of $100 and, upon a second or greater conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $300 and/or to undergo imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this article continues shall constitute a separate offense.
