No dog, cat or other domestic animal shall enter
upon the confines of Wiswall Park. Any such animal found on the premises
shall be impounded by the Dog Warden and taken to the Saratoga County
Animal Shelter where the same shall be retained unless redeemed by
the owner or otherwise dealt with in accordance with the law.

Any person who violates any provisions of this
article shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by
imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
