The Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) shall
have as members the following:
a. Township Planner, who shall serve as the Committee's
presiding officer.
c. Assistant Township Planner.
d. Planning Board Attorney.

In addition, the TCC may request the participation
of such other subject matter experts, Township staff members, or consultants
to the Township or any of its related bodies on an ad hoc basis, but
not to include Planning or Zoning Board members.

a. All TCC meetings are opened to the public. Comments
and questions from the public will be permitted.
b. Reports of TCC meetings shall be written by the Township's
Assistant Planner, or in that person's absence, by a member in attendance
as shall be designated by the presiding officer, and thereafter distributed
to both of the Township's land use Boards and the Township Committee.
The report shall contain the name and nature of the application and
the persons participating in the discussion.
c. The TCC shall meet on an as-needed basis, which meetings
shall generally be held on Tuesday and at a time to be determined
on an ad hoc basis. The Secretary to the Planning Board shall schedule
the meetings of the TCC with the advice and consent of the members
to be in attendance at any such proposed meeting.

a. The purpose of the TCC is to aid in the land use application
process of potential and filed applications before either the Planning
Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment by screening the development proposals
and plans for compliance with the Township's land use ordinances and
providing a forum for informal discussion with applicants as may from
time to time be appropriate with respect to direction and guidance
on issues incident to the development proposal.

b. The fact that an applicant shall have come before
the TCC shall in no way relieve the applicant of the responsibility
for compliance with the Township's land use ordinances and, specifically,
the identification of variances or exceptions required in connection
with the specific development proposal.

c. Comments made by members of the TCC during a TCC meeting
shall be advisory in nature only and without prejudice to the land
use Board which shall have jurisdiction to hear the application for
development.
d. Particularly in projects in the concept stages, the
TCC may advise a potential applicant that a work session with the
Planning Board be recommended prior to submitting a formal application.
