A. 
No one under 15 years of age shall drive any motor vehicle on a public highway, unless such person holds a state driver's license.
B. 
It is unlawful for any person not holding a state driver's license to drive any motor vehicle on a public highway.
It is a misdemeanor for any person:
A. 
To display or permit to be displayed, or have in his possession, any canceled, revoked, suspended, fictitious or fraudulently altered driver's license;
B. 
To lend his driver's license to any other person or knowingly permit the use thereof by another;
C. 
To display or represent as one's own any driver's license not issued to him;
D. 
To fail or refuse to surrender to the department upon lawful demand any driver's license which has been suspended, revoked or canceled;
E. 
To use a false or fictitious name in any application for a driver's license or to knowingly make a false statement or to knowingly conceal a material fact or otherwise commit a fraud in any application;
F. 
To permit any unlawful use of a driver's license issued to him.

A. 
Any person who drives a motor vehicle on any public highway, road, street, alley or parking lot at a time when his privilege to do so is canceled, suspended or revoked by the Wyoming Department of Transportation or by any similar agency of any other state is guilty of a misdemeanor.
B. 
Any person violating Subsection A of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of up to $750 or imprisonment for not more than 180 days, or both, plus court costs as provided by law.
No person shall cause or knowingly permit any minor under the age of 18 years to drive a motor vehicle upon any public highway, road, street, alley or parking lot when the minor is not properly licensed.
No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him or under his control to be driven or towed upon any public highway, road, street, alley or parking lot by any person who is not licensed for the type or class of vehicles to be driven.
