A Municipal Tax Collector shall be appointed
by the Mayor, with the approval of the Council and in accordance with
N.J.S.A. 40A:9-141.
The Tax Collector shall receive such compensation
as shall be prescribed from time to time by the salary ordinances
of the Borough of Oradell.
