The position of Insurance Consultant is hereby
created in and for the Borough of Oradell, subject to the provisions
of this article.
The Insurance Consultant shall be appointed
by the Mayor, with the approval of the Council, and the term of office
shall be at the pleasure of the Borough Council.
The Insurance Consultant shall be available
at all times to advise the Mayor and Council regarding insurance coverage,
payments and responsibilities. The Insurance Consultant shall review
the present insurance coverage with all companies and agents presently
insuring the Borough of Oradell, its property, offices and employees
and advise the heads of all departments as to their responsibilities
in order to create complete cooperation within the Borough.
The Insurance Consultant shall be prescribed
from time to time by the salary ordinances of the Borough of Oradell.
