No vehicles or other apparatus shall be operated
upon the streets of the Borough in such a manner as to unnecessarily
wear or harm the pavement thereof.
No vehicle shall be parked or placed on any
street for the purpose of advertising the same for sale or for cleaning
or repairs, except in the case of emergency.

Any person, firm or corporation found guilty
by the Municipal Court of violating any section of this chapter shall
be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense.
