Pursuant to, and in accordance with, the provisions
of § 1660(a)28 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, § 130(7)
of the Town Law, and other applicable provisions of law, trucks with
a gross weight in excess of six tons are hereby excluded from the
following highways within the Town of Maine:
A. Kulp Road (sometimes also referred to as "Kolb Road").
To implement the above-described exclusions,
the Commissioner of Highways, Parks, Buildings and Grounds of the
Town of Maine be and he hereby is authorized, empowered and directed
to install R7-1 signs (bearing the word "Truck"), R5-1 signs (bearing
the words "Weight Limit 6 Tons"), and R7-3 signs (bearing the words
"Except Local Delivery") at the following locations and in conformity
with the New York State Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices:

B. At such other locations as may be required by applicable
provisions of law.
