The attached Minority and Women's Business Enterprise Commitment
is adopted as the Affirmative Action Plan of the Town of Niagara for all projects
receiving assistance from the New York State Water Revolving Fund Assistance
Program.[1]

Editor's Note: The text of the Minority and Women's Business
Enterprise Commitment is on file in the town offices.
The Town Supervisor is designated as the affirmative action representative
to coordinate the implementation of the required affirmative action program.
The town's consulting engineers shall ensure that bid documents
and contract documents inform prospective bidders of the Town of Niagara Minority
and Women's Business Enterprise Commitment and contain the required commitment
and reporting documents.
Pursuant to New York State Executive Law Article 15-A, the goals in
the attached Minority and Women's Business Enterprise Commitment may
be amended by the Town Board, as appropriate, on a program-by-program basis,
when the relevant factors indicate the need to amend the project goals.
