In compliance with § 51.55(d) of the administrative requirements
of the Revenue Sharing Handicapped Discrimination Regulations, the following
grievance procedure is hereby adopted by the Town of Niagara.
Within three days from receipt of notice, the Town Clerk
shall submit notice to the Grievance Committee, comprised of at least three
members as designated by Town of Niagara Town Board.
If complainant is not satisfied with the response from
the Grievance Committee, the complainant shall give written notice to Town
of Niagara Town Board.
