The Supervisor and the Supervisor's confidential
secretary shall perform the duties of personnel administration within
the Town of Niagara, and the Supervisor's confidential secretary shall
maintain records and process all matters relating to personnel and
payroll of the Town at an added stipend of $1,000 per annum to be
paid to the confidential secretary, prorated on an annual basis.
The Supervisor shall administer all employee
grievances under the town's collective bargaining agreement with the
aid and advice of the Attorney for the Town and shall report on such
matters on a monthly basis.
