It shall be unlawful for any vehicle, including tractor-drawn trailers,
trucks, tracked vehicles, or self-propelled equipment of any nature whatsoever
which exceeds a gross weight of 15,000 pounds, regardless of the number of
axles, wheels or distance between axles, to be operated over or on any Town
streets, roadways or alleyways within the limits of the Town of Myersville,
except for vehicles of an emergency nature which are owned and operated by
the United States, the state or county governments, or the Town of Myersville.

Violations of this article shall be punishable as Class C municipal infractions in accordance with Chapter 20.
