As used in this chapter, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Rahway residents over 62 years of age who reside in low-income
housing units and senior citizens who qualify for the senior citizen
property tax deduction under state law.

Includes any motor vehicle regularly engaged in the business
of carrying passengers for hire but not operating on a fixed route.
Nothing in this definition or chapter shall apply to omnibuses.
