Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate a provision of this chapter or fail to comply therewith shall severally for each and every such violation and noncompliance, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty as set forth in Chapter 1, Article I. The imposition of a penalty for violation of this chapter shall not excuse the violation nor permit it to continue. Such violation shall be remedied within a reasonable time and each day that such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
The conviction of a permittee for a violation hereunder shall not prevent
the Township from taking action to suspend or revoke the permit of the person
so convicted as herein provided.
