City of Derby, CT Article I Sunday Sales

[Adopted 9-23-1976 as Sec. 3-1 of the Charter and Revised Ordinances]

§ 50-1 Hours permitted. [1]

The sale of alcoholic liquor on Sunday between the hours of 12:00 noon and 9:00 p.m. in hotels, restaurants and clubs, with meals, shall be legal within the limits of the city.
