The possession or drinking of alcoholic beverages within the confines
of the Leo F. Ryan Memorial Fields, including the softball field, and at all
Bradley School fields is hereby prohibited.
Upon written application to the Board of Aldermen, permission may be
granted by motion of said Board to waive the provisions of this article for
specific events.
Any person who violates this article shall be subject to a fine of $99
for each such offense and shall be ejected from the field.
